Is anyone else experiencing Data Loss I am using Xfinity Mobile but my s26 Ultra is Unlocked and purchased from Samsung directly?

This is the only thing that stands out to me. It usually has something listed here. It doesn't give me the option to modify it at all. I tried inserting a Verizon Sim, and it shows "vzwinternet" available to select for APN, but when my Spectrum Sim is inserted it shows nothing. Not sure if it even remotely has anything to do with it. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ1778726543366.jpg

Yep mine looks the same. And that is the issue MVNO like spectrum and Xfinity are not being properly recognized and since it isn't being recognized it locks us out. I have used ADB shell to try to force it and it still won't work. Can only be fixed by Samsung at this point which is annoying because it seems like they are taking their sweet time.

They are referring to mobile data as data loss. Mobile data is not working on Xfinity and Spectrum. It's a great rollout lol

Using Spectrum eSIM and it won't work. When I installed Beta I had Helium eSIM as well. Both were borked for mobile data. Had remove Helium eSIM and installed physical SIMal and reached out to Helium support and got that physical SIM registered on their network and now that SIMs mobile data works! Spectrum eSIM still borked after same procedure ๐Ÿ˜ข

Resetting all phone settings may only cause you more headaches. I have found the true solution and will copy/paste it below from my previous comments in other beta threads:

Go into your "Mobile Data" settings and disable the "5G Standalone" setting. That setting should NOT be enabled by default. However, it is enabled by default in OneUI 9 Beta 1. Essentially, that option forces your phone to only utilize a true 5G connection. So, if your carrier in your area primarily utilizes an upgraded 4G LTE tower (as is the case in most areas of the US; connection shows up as 5G instead of 5G+ or 5G Next, or 5G Ext, etc), then your mobile data will not work unless you disable the "5G Standalone" option.

This worked for At&t. Thank you! Now I wish I hadn't tried a factory reset, haha.
