Just did a ECG measuring and I am on the latest beta and the measuring won't get a good read. I have wiped the watch off restarted the watch and phone. Still getting a reading of nothing. It can't get a good either connection with the finger or maybe on the wrist.
Have you tried wiping the back piece? Doing this can enable better accuracy on measurement. You can also try tightening the watch for better measurement.
