I got up this morning, ran the body mass analysis and then removed the watch. About a minute later it reported a heart rate of 220bpm from when I removed the watch until I checked the app (still not wearing the watch)
This also happens to me too, I get 100 bpm while resting and when I feel my heartbeat it's slow. Bike riding gets me 180 bpm when it doesn't even feel like it.
