I will say the one ui5.0 beta is smoother and more fluent. I noticed even on scrolling webpages the stuttering is gone that was present in android 12. Google feed also the scrolling has vastly improved for me. Really happy with the overall performance increases. Haven't found any bugs as of yet and will keep everyone posted. Thanks!
