I've had this from day 1 with the F4. I tried to set it to restrict background running, with no avail. I Uninstaller the Google search bar, and i understand that on a basic level, it needs to run. But the battery drain, has, and is a major issue. I cannot submit a bug, as technically isn't one. It's just the drain is way, way too high..
