Its Facebook it just started yesterday for me and I been on the newest beta since day 1 of release the issue just started yesterday for me..not a samsung issue its a Facebook issue
Yup, same issue. Like others have said, pretty sure it's a facebook issue. I wish I didn't see notification pop-ups for the conversation I currently talk in as well, but that is trivial and not sure what side that issue resides on.

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
