Upon launching Instagram, I am unable to view comments when attempting to access them. The comment section displays a blank white screen with only emojis visible. I have exhausted all troubleshooting options without success. My inquiry to Gemini suggested that this issue may system from participation in a beta program, which is preventing the comments from loading correctly.

I am seeing comments no problem. However I did have an issue similar to yours with Facebook not too long ago.

I had to get out of Facebook's beta program, uninstall Facebook and then reinstall it to get the non beta version of the app.

Are you in Instagram's beta program as well?

Yeah I guess but I dont know how to get out of the beta program on Instagram and is not for me because for me I can see everything the coments and everything is just for my mom becase it keep happening and she have a s25 ultra

In Google Play search for Instagram. Click on Instagram. Scroll down and see if it says that shes in the Beta. If she is. Leave the beta. Uninstall the app. Reinstall the app.

This is not a beta issue. I see comments without issue but my wife who is on the official 8.5 on her S26 Ultra has experienced this issue. Uninstalling Instagram and reinstalling fixed the issue for a while but it happened again.

Yeah is not for me because for mine it works but is for my mom she have the s25 ultra and keep happening that issue
