Loving the One UI 4.0 beta on Note20 Ultra 5G, except...

I notice that tap, hold, drag in the apps menu has difficulty when reordering icons. Specifically, getting an icon to slide out of the way for a new icon. The system seems to prefer to stack icons to create a subfolder.
