Fingerprint Always On

Hey everyone!

Is anyone else finding that their fingerprint sensor tries to unlock as if Fingerprint Always On is activated even though it's not? My sensor detects my finger when I'm just holding my device even though I've ensured the option is off so it doesn't trigger by mistake and it's still working like that option is turned on. It's weird.

Yes, that did happen. I thought I accidentally touched it.

When you touch ur display an place your finger on the sensor you don't need to press the button. The sensor is already active there for it scans your finger print. When the screen it off you must press the button to active the sensor.

I have a Z Fold 4. I don't have any gestures set for the display or settings for it to remain active or keep the fingerprint sensor on. When the screen is off, the sensor shouldn't be active.

There is a setting to keep the sensor on at all times maybe you turned that on by mistake.

I know. That's what we're saying, the setting is off yet it still does it as if the setting is on and it's not.
