So my galaxy s 25 keeps saying that my fingerprint data is corrupted and ive re registered my prints multiple times, now my phone is still in the ui 8.5 beta does anyone know what is going on? Do I need to buy a new phone?

In the Members app, tap the Discover tab. Scroll to the beta program button and tap it. The beta community shortcut should be there.

To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.

1. Open Samsung Members โ†’ One UI Beta Program โ†’ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โ€œSend system log dataโ€ is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)

Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
