I add the flashlight shortcut on the lock screen but after i hit the done button it won't come up on my lock screen s24 ultra

Have you tried restarting your phone and see if that works

After you hit Done do you see a circle showing its working and then it says Changes Applied to Lockscreen? I just did it and it worked perfectly. I changed the flashlight app to another app on my phone and had no issues. Have you done a factory reset of the beta when you started to begin the trial with a clean slate? A lot of the issues people have complained about I haven't seen because I started with a clean slate.

No it doesn't and i havent done a factory reset might have to do the reset

If you're not getting the Changes Applied messages then its not working. Are you running Good Luck or another 3rd party theme engine?

Try Uninstalling Good Lock and see if it works. If it does then its a setting in Good Lock you have to tweak to be able to use that app and still have your shortcuts.

No problem. Hopefully that fixes it outside a fresh install via a factory reset
