Folder issues

Since UI 5 beta 3 I am unable to open any folders in the app drawer or folders in home screen. It always crash the UI if I try to open the folder.

There's a friendly search button that will redirect you to at least twenty posts regarding this issue that I've answered.

Uninstall Homeup from Goodlock, should fix the problem

Thank you for your feedback.  This is a known issue and a fix will be provided in the next SW update.  In the meantime, please follow the suggestion by @Youngkidmaster  and if the issue still persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.
