I literally got the beta ending notification but I still don't have the **bleep** stable version I'm literally losing my mind

Im unlocked as well, I suspect we will receive the final release when our carriers release their "service provider software version" code for OneUI 8.5. The versioj number shows up under software information towards the bottom.
