Galaxy watch 4 randomly lost sync

My Galaxy watch 4 randomly disappeared from my remembered Bluetooth devices and disappeared from the galaxy wearable app. I had to reset my watch to reconnect it and set it up like it was a new device. Has anyone else seen this issue?

I submitted an error report but I don't think it lost sync within the timeframe that the logs collect.

Hmm. That's really weird. I wonder if that's a Google play services issue? What's your Google play services version number? I had a button to accept and advance through.

Hello,

Please try steps below to see if it helps.

  1. Turn off Bluetooth
  2. Go to settings > apps > Click on arrow next "Your apps" > Select show system apps and press ok
  3. Go to Bluetooth app > storage and clear data and cache.
  4. Turn on Bluetooth

Please note this will remove your existing devices and may need pairing them back.

Regards

There was no point in doing that because my S22 ultra already forgot all of the Bluetooth devices. I have it synced now.
