It's a locked S22 Ultra if that matters

I'm on tmobile s22 ultra locked also and had to update threw the galaxy store everything's works fine..no issues for me at all

Galaxy store serves up the 13 release not the 14 release

Yeah, I get that, but it wants to keep the 13 version installed, even uninstall/reinstall doesn't work.

Went into Good Lock and tapped on go to store. And an update was available
