On Android 13, latest beta. When trying to view video captures, the video plays back very choppy all the time. Pauses briefly ever 1-2 seconds. This does not happen on Android 12. I have noticed this issue sometimes on videos playing from websites or even YouTube. Anyone else having this issue?
Before I would force stop the app, clear cache and problem would go away for some time. Now this doesn't work anymore.
