Google Pay rejecting NFC payment

Is anyone seeing a conflict with Google Pay? 

Since installing the beta on my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, Google Pay has produced a "rooted device" error and said that the device cannot be used for NFC payment.

I am also running a VPN but have not typically had this problem before participation in the beta.

I'm also seeing it too. Also on a Z Flip4.

Yes Google pay said my device was rooted

Google Pay doesn't work on beta software, you'll have to wait for the stable release for it to work again.

Use Samsung Pay..its better anyway
