Google photos now after the update thinks that every photo on my phone is new and has not been backed up. I see the actual backup right next to it along with the "new" one. I really don't want it to back up 9k photos as duplicates!
Update: after turning off auto back up closing the app, then coming back it appears if figured it out that they are the same photos. I reenabled auto back up and appears to be all good and up to date.
