I know this is a beta, but to my knowledge this hasn't occured in any previous betas (e.g. Android 12 OneUI 4.0 beta).

This happened in the last beta. It will not be fixed until we get the public release software.

Beta build has always been uncertified by Google and is always incompatible with Google Pay.

Samsung pay should still work I believe. Give that a try if you are wanting to do mobile payments.

I believe Google pay still works for peer to peer payments, you just can't do NFC mobile payments.

Samsung pay does work, I usually use gpay but it's not going to work until we're done with the beta. I am glad Samsung pay works though, since I forgot my wallet at home today

Hello,

During beta program, the software is not yet certified by Google, and therefore Google Wallet, Pay and other secure services may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team
