Seems like even with the second beta update, the chat feature/RCS is still not working. Even cycling the sim toggle it will stay at connecting.

I don't use Google messenger but the last time I tried it, it connected fine

I did the Sim off and on and it now works for me

It always stayed connected for me, however it quit downloading pictures so I just stopped using it for now
