The coloring of the icons is a bit jank because all it's doing is taking the tiny icon that used to be used for the notifications, making it bigger, and adding a background. Hopefully it's a little bit better as more apps are updated for 13, or at the very least the background colors are changed a bit. Sorry for the long winded response lol
