Hand wash app not working

Anyone using this app also I'm on ui 5 beta on my watch 5 pro and it's not detecting me washing my hands since I've running beta version 3 of ui

Never even heard of that app, and can't see a use for a hand wash reminder except for possibly at the height of covid. The issue appears to be that the app says your phone is not compatible with the app. I also just discovered a little hand wash timer that is pre installed that times you for like 20 seconds.
