Official One UI 4 update is unavailable for S20 unlocked devices at this time. Once available, your device will be able to update to official via FOTA software update.
From Past Experience: Unlocked phones bought from Samsung do not get updates in the USA until every carrier that sells the phone has completed their rollout of an update. It is the one drawback of not buying a carrier molested phone.
