It sounds like the app grid alignment may have been affected during the update. This could be due to changes in layout scaling or widget placement from the new One UI version. You might try the following steps:
1. Long-press on the Home screen and go to Settings or Home screen settings.
2. Adjust the Home screen grid size to a different value and then switch back.
3. If you're using Good Lock > Home Up, try disabling and re-enabling the module.
