If The Beta Has Ended Why Are We Still Stuck With It?

Oh so the Watch 4 users are still being held in prison?  Beta is over and there is no stable release for us?  Seriously?  Can someone help us break out of prison?

you can manually check for watch updates until one is available to install.  I had to force update my watch this way.
