DiscussionsHello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The behavior you're describing with the Expert RAW app and the 5x telephoto lens sounds unusual. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Verify Photo Resolution in Expert RAW Settings
Open the Expert RAW app and check the settings to confirm that the resolution is set to 24MP.
2. Check File Properties
Ensure the Gallery app is displaying the correct photo resolution. You can cross-check by viewing the file properties on a computer or another photo editor.
3. Update Expert RAW App
Ensure that the Expert RAW app is updated to the latest version through the Galaxy Store. Updates often address bugs and compatibility issues.
4. Test with Different Lenses
Take photos with all available lenses (1x, 3x, 5x, etc.) in Expert RAW and compare the resolutions to identify if the issue is specific to the 5x lens.
5. Clear Cache and Data for Expert RAW
Go to Settings > Apps > Expert RAW > Storage and select Clear Cache and Clear Data. Restart the app and try again.
6. Reinstall the App
Uninstall and reinstall the Expert RAW app to ensure that no corrupted files are causing the issue.
7. Report the Issue
If the issue persists, please report it through the Samsung Members app. Be sure to include detailed steps to reproduce the issue, as well as any sample photos for reference.
We hope these steps help resolve the issue.
