It seems like my watch 6 classic doesn't record heart rate when I set it to measure every 10 min. I think I see the green light so it means the sensor is working but nothing is recorded.
I already reported this issue and I did restart and wipe cache partition but it is still no working. Anyone have this issue too?

First I thought it's just not showing the HR only on the watch but might be recorded (since the sensor still flashes the greenlight to measure HR). However, that's not the case because it is not showing on the phone as well.
