Kinda disappointed

I am disappointed that a Beta 3 release is not planned, as several issues persist that I would like addressed before the stable version is launched. Battery life is significantly degraded, and performance remains sluggish in various areas; for example, activating the lock screen is slow and unreliable. This contrasts sharply with the speed experienced during Beta 1. Furthermore, the keyboard's predictive text functionality is inconsistent, and the Members app exhibits scrolling issues, resulting in blank screens requiring upward scrolling to restore content. I hope these problems will be resolved in the stable release, but I am uncertain.

There will be no beta 3, the next one will be stable.

In fact, the stable version for the carrier-locked version in the US has already been released for the S23, I think for US cellular and another one that I don't remember 😅

US stable release has started with smaller carriers and should expand to the big boys in the coming days. Still lots of glitches imo. They would ordinarily get ironed out in a 7.1 build, but they may just go straight to 8. We'll see.

I'm hopeful. OneUI 7 Official build on my Tab S9 Ultra has been much better on battery life than my S23 Ultra's beta version. Seems like there were not as many Beta versions as OneUI 6.
