DiscussionsHello,
Thank you for sharing your experience with the One UI 7 beta. The issue youāre describing with the clock size and placement resetting on the lock screen does sound unusual. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot:
1. Reapply the Customization
Hold down on the lock screen to enter customization settings, then adjust the clock size and placement again. Save your changes and monitor if the issue persists.
2. Check for Software Updates
Ensure youāre running the latest beta version by going to Settings > Software Update. Updates often address bugs and glitches reported by users.
3. Clear System UI Cache
Go to Settings > Apps, tap the three-dot menu, and select Show System Apps. Search for System UI, go to Storage, and tap Clear Cache.
4. Test in Safe Mode
Restart your device in Safe Mode (hold the power button, then long-press "Power Off" and select Safe Mode). This disables third-party apps and can help identify if an app conflict is causing the issue.
5. Report the Issue
If the problem continues, please submit feedback through the Samsung Members app. Include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and screenshots or screen recordings if possible.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to refine the beta experience. Let us know if you need further assistance!
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
