1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.

Same thing was happening to me last week. I got fed up and changed the clock. Its the clock the shapes to your image. It keeps moving around

I had this problem. I stopped using LockStar for now. That seemed to have been the issue
