DiscussionsHello,
Thank you for sharing your concern. The issue youāre experiencing with the lock screen appearing blurred could be related to a feature or a setting. Here are some steps to help resolve it:
1. Check Wallpaper Settings
Go to Settings > Lock Screen > Wallpaper and ensure youāve selected the correct wallpaper.
Try setting a new wallpaper and check if the issue persists.
2. Disable Lock Screen Effects
Some features, like Dynamic Lock Screen or Blur Effects, may cause the wallpaper to appear blurry. To disable these:
Go to Settings > Lock Screen > Wallpaper Services and select None or your desired option.
3. Update Your Software
Ensure your phoneās software is updated to the latest version. Sometimes these issues are resolved in updates.
4. Clear Cache for System Apps
Go to Settings > Apps and search for Wallpaper & Style or Lock Screen.
Tap Storage, then select Clear Cache.
5. Restart Your Phone
A simple restart can sometimes fix display glitches or issues.
If the issue continues, please let us know with more details (e.g., when it started, if you recently updated your software, or any steps youāve tried). Weāre happy to assist further!
Regards,
