Lock screen fingerprint symbol not there and face recognition doesn't work S24 ultra

😂 have you tried Restarting your phone or going into Recovery Mode and Wipe Cache Partition

Yes nothing works

Have you tried resetting both fingerprints and face I have no issues on my S24 Ultra

Tried it , still nothing.

Figured out the problem, had a lock screen app on my phone causing the problem.
