Logcat error "No Legacy Storage"

So I have been going through my logcat that I use on my PC to see my cellphones log in real time with logcat because I was trying to see why my galaxy watch keeps disconnecting from the phone but I see something constantly flooding saying this directly from logcat and it's every single app on my phone even Samsungs own apps are saying this over and over again..

Try reproducing and, please submit a bug report so Samsung can Investigate the issue properly. Steps below.

- To report bugs or errors in the Beta software, select "Beta feedback > Send feedback" in the Samsung Members app.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Unfortunately I can't do that and I'm very familiar with Samsung and Android and I've already been through several betas before but as I've said that is a live log "logcat" that I was watching on my PC which is why I posted what I actually saw in the logcat.
