MMS not downloading

I've been having this issue since joining the beta program. Using Google messages app and my MMS messages don't download. I have to go into each message and hit download, and it still takes a while. The only thing that seems to fix it is disabling the sim card and reenabling. Anyboft have any other solutions?

I had this issue on beta2 but it seems fixed on beta3 for me

During beta program, the software is not yet certified by Google, and therefore Google apps and other secure services may not work correctly or not work at all. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.

I just wanted to make you aware that I was having the issue with both Google messages and when I switched to Samsung messages. I seem to have resolved it by switching to esim and I also disabled rsm plus.
