DiscussionsHello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! It sounds like there may be an issue with the Google Discover panel on your home screen. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
1. Restart Your Device
A quick restart can often resolve issues with features not working as expected.
2. Clear Cache for Google App
Go to Settings > Apps > Google.
Tap Storage, then select Clear Cache.
Restart your phone and try accessing the Discover panel again.
3. Check App and Software Updates
Ensure both the Google App and your deviceās software are updated to the latest versions. Updates often fix compatibility issues.
4. Reset Home Screen Layout
If the issue persists, try resetting your home screen layout. You can do this by long-pressing on the home screen, selecting Settings, and re-enabling the Google Discover panel.
5. Test with a Different Launcher
If youāre still unable to access Google Discover, switching to a different launcher temporarily (e.g., One UI Home or another third-party launcher) may help identify if the issue is launcher-specific.
Weāre glad to hear that Samsung News is working seamlessly for youāitās always good to have options! However, weāll share your feedback with the team to ensure Google Discover functions as expected for all users.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
