DiscussionsHave you actually inspected the port for debris or even possible moisture (use a magnifying glass, or another phone to look at it closely)? Are you using the device in an area that is prone to creating dust and particles , is the area cold or leaving he device on or near moisture laden surfaces? Let the phone dry and gently tap the phone with the port aimed downwards to shake out any possible debris and be patient charging wirelessly.
If you then can get the charging cable to work, then run a diagnostic on the by opening the Device Care app, open Diagnostics and let it run and use the charging cable when it comes to that point. If it give an error, then you will have to call Samsung to get it fixed, but you will also have to back out of the beta because Samsung will only cover the repair in their officially released UI software.
