So I hooked my phone up to two different USB -C dongles to get external display and neither worked. Does this mean Dex is not working in UI 9? Or is there a bug with external displays? I double checked the docks and cables worked with a MacBook.

1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.

Your dongle may need additional power. I have a couple that have power pass through and while it works fine on tablets, I need to connect power for my s26 to kick on dex. Have more that work with or without additional power.
