No logs everytime

I report problems they ask to send logs it's clearly marked to send when I get feedback they say I didn't send them. **bleep**g ridiculous

Are you leaving Members open, until you get the notification of logs sent? It takes several minutes to compile, and send. You can do others things, just don't close the app!
