Not able to provide feedback.

Every time I try to provide feedback, I get this message. There's no such option in settings.

It's just not turned off, it's not even an option.

That's the problem. I don't have those options.

Try to turn on beta program notifications

I did. Nothing. I've tried everything I can think of. This is my 4th Beta participation, and never had any issues until now.
