Note 20 ultra UI 4 Beta no banner

Can anyone confirm that they can see the banner? 

I saw the banner a week ago, but now it's not there.

I believe it will be in January that's we we can't see it yet.

That's the stable release.
Even my note 10 plus has Beta enrollment

It's not there, under Benefits. Are you in the US and what carrier do you have, if you don't mind me asking. I don't know if the carrier is the one who also releases the Beta or not.

In the US, factory unlocked on AT&T.
