Notification over lapping

I revice a notification that appears to be over lapped by another one. Im not sure if that is intended to behave like that.

I don't have like a notification like this, I have the same one doing it. Like what you're seeing. The first one is faded in the background with the bigger one still showing but they are the same notification. I thought it was only me experiencing this issue.

Yup happening for me too. I put in feedback hopefully it's fixed in the next beta

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).

Have the same for Google home. And I'm not even supposed to get the bigger notification

Another update: So my feedback I submitted is labeled as answered however I do not see said answer. I was wondering if anyone else with this issue has this or got an answer?
