My is installing as I type! Yay! BTW: and I could be completely wrong, those not seeing a banner, are you Verizon customers? I seem to remember that Verizon customers couldn't participate in the UI 3.0 beta, so maybe that's the reason? Not sure and not trying to spread a rumor--just trying to help!

I'm on Verizon, got the banner, registered for the beta, and will install later today when I arrive home. I have an unlocked S21 purchased from Samsung.
