Where to enroll? Don't see it.

Need to download the Samsung members app and you need to swipe on the banners until you see it or go into benefits and it will be at the bottom.

I have an unlocked S20 Ultra. I'm not sure if it's available for carrier locked ones

Well mine is paid for and supposed to be unlocked however switching to Verizon caused a large vzw download and may be carrier locked at this point...
