One UI 4.0 is out now, I'm sure you will get it soon as I just update mine. Sometimes it maybe due to your service provider or you can just go to software update in settings to see if you can manually download the update.

Are you in the Beta program? I literally signed up and got the update in 5 minutes.

I'm on an unlocked Fold3 on AT&T. I've never seen an option for the beta program and I have no upgrade option. It's kind of a bummer.

We opened One UI 4 Beta program for Z Fold 3 devices on 11/1 and reached our registration limit by 11/5.
