There is a bug in the UI which prevents it from auto rotating into landscape and switching back to portrait. It often gets stuck in either!

I've faced the same bug the only solution I came up with was basically restarting my phone

Mine got stuck in landscape mode once. A restart resolved it.

No issues so far with auto rotate.

Is it specific apps that have the issue?

Also have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting?

I'm having the same issue. I've restarted the phone multiple times and it's not resolved the issue. I also don't have a submit feedback option when in the feedback section of the samsung members app.
