Move app list search bar to top, move personal and work profile selector bottom and/or allow switching by swipe. I never use search, I frequently change between work and private apps.
Bring back option to allow more than 3 notifications on status bar. (At least in good lock when clock is moved to right.)
For me if these are not happening, I'm moving away from Samsung.
