Anyone else can't update their galaxy s21 ultra because it says it's up to date even though the new update is out already

It says it's up to date because some Samsung phones haven't received the update yet. When it gets to your phone you will see it when you check for updates

I got the s21 and haven't received the update either. I'm in north america using U.S. Cellular. It belive it might be delayed due to bugs

I remember seeing that the update for tmobile would be released then the unlocked would be getting it a few weeks later. Also there is a bug with the refresh rate on one ui4.

No. I received the update last week on my S21 ultra & my network is T-Mobile.

Don't be in a hurry. The update is loaded with issues.
