Guys I have this TV 65Q7F/C for about 4 years now. My one connect box have broken 3 times now. The first time I was able to replace it because the tv was under warranty. The second time Samsung gave me a hard time but after countless hours in the phone they agreed to replace it. Now it has broken again but the warranty is over. This is the worst tv I have ever had. The one connect box is a failure. The HDMI ports break so easily. I will never buy a Samsung TV in my life.
