When the update beta came available for my S25 Ultra it started to overheat but very hot, after todays new update i think it fixed it and made battery more stable
Anytime you experience these issues I highly recommend submitting feedback via the feedback option and also downloading Good Guardians and running the Battery Guardian and Thermal Guardian modules within that app. They are really good options for usually helping figure out issues like this.
