As stated many many many times. The beta builds are not certified therfore do not have the ability to use payment features such as Google Pay.

Don't blame that on Samsung. It was your risk to be a Beta tester. It will take at least 2 versions more before we see the real deal.

During beta program, the software is not yet certified by Google, and therefore Google Pay and other secure services may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.
